  I am looking to attend UCSB in the fall 2008 and was wondering which dorm is the best to live in. On campus there are Santa Rosa, Santa Cruz, Anacapa, San Miguel and San Nicolas as choices, and a mile off campus 1/3 of freshman live in Francisco Torres (or now called Santa Catalina).
